Questions

Who can start a team order?

Anyone: a coach, a parent, or a racer. You pick the deadline (up to three months out) and the shipping address, then share one link with the team.

How does the team discount work?

Every item in the order counts toward one team rate: 10% off at 3 items, 20% at 13, and up to 50% at 73. Everyone pays the final rate when the order closes, so early joiners get the same price as the last.

When is my card charged?

Only when the order closes at the deadline. Until then, racers can cancel from their order link without being charged. The organizer can extend the deadline once by 48 hours.

Is shipping free?

Yes. The whole order ships free in one box to the organizer, who hands out the gear.

Is there sales tax?

Where it applies, tax is calculated at close from the delivery address.

How do racers pick a size?

Each racer chooses their own size when they join. Check the VIX sizing guide first. Sizing guide (opens in a new tab)

What if something doesn't fit, or I want to return it?

Same as any VIX order: 90-day returns and free size exchanges. Once the team's order ships, start one from your order link (or email info@vixprotection.com). For an exchange, we ship the new size straight to you with a prepaid label to send back the original. Returns are refunded to the card you paid with, at the team price, as soon as the carrier scans the package.
